Once an order has been prepared, transferred for fulfillment, or dispatched, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is no longer available, an eligible item may be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes approximately 5–14 business days, although actual delivery times may vary.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, destination conditions, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, shipment information will normally be provided after dispatch.

If tracking remains inactive for an extended period or a package cannot reasonably be located, please contact customer support so we can review the situation.

08 — Returns & Refunds

After-Purchase Support

Eligible Vunelixa™ products may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Preference-based returns generally require the product to remain unused, unworn, complete, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with its description, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within the timeframe described in the Return & Refund Policy.

Please do not send returns to our registered business address unless customer support specifically instructs you to do so.
